Covering physical products (paperbacks, stickers, plushies) and no-refund policy for digital products (eBooks, PDFs)

Note that digital products (eBooks, PDF patterns) are non-refundable once downloaded, and set a reasonable return window (e.g., 14–30 days) for physical items in original condition.
